Scouts and Scouters of Troop 875,
Troop 875 Blogger was created to accommodate those who wish to pay their rechartering fees by PayPal or credit card. Although our Troop 875 Website allows online payments, it was only possible to ask for a fixed amount, not the variable amount necessary for Scouts, Adults, Boys' Life and Donations. There is a 2.9% + $.30 fee for Paypal, this transaction fee is reflected in the online price ($93/scout, $46 for adults).
You can also pay by check made out to to BSA Troop 875 and submitted to Ms. Miceli or Mr. Weaver at any scouting event. Or, you may mail the recharter fees to Troop 875, 3435 Sleepy Hollow Rd. Falls Church VA 22044.
Monetary donations to Troop 875 are also appreciated - all of the monthly campouts have fees which range from ~$80 to $1000, with typical campouts costing ~$200. A $60 “buy-out” donation is requested to help support the Troop if the Scout has been a member but does not participate in the holiday greens and popcorn sales which are major fundraisers for our Troop. This year is different as chances are we won't be attending any high cost events. Do what you think is right.
